\nThe Clinical Supervisor assists with the coordination and management of clinical activities and is responsible for scheduling, supervising, counseling and disciplining of clinical staff. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
