About the Company - We are expanding rapidly and seek a motivated, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The position focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Role - Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Partner with internal teams to align on candidate qualifications, timelines, and recruitment goals. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Evaluate recruitment processes continuously and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, the candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for in-person work Monday through Friday, based in Irvine, CA. Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA.

• Base Pay: $31.25 to $36.06 an hour.
