Tax & Advisory Services Consultant

Role: Tax & Advisory Services Consultant 

Location: Anywhere in Kansas 

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

As a Tax & Advisory Services Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include leading tax planning, conducting research, ensuring compliance, and developing strategic tax approaches, all while cultivating strong client relationships. Your core duties will involve:

• Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Identifying key tax planning opportunities and delivering strategic advisory insights.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to provide value beyond standard compliance.
• Actively contributing to business development initiatives and expanding client relationships.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated individuals with:

• A Licensed CPA designation.
• 5+ years of experience in preparing a wide variety of tax returns (corporate, partnership, trust, and individual).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills .
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• A genuine passion for community involvement and a proactive approach to expanding client service offerings.
