TRANSACTION WORKFLOW COORDINATOR

Compensation & Schedule
• Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000 DOE
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Direct hire, W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
The Transaction Workflow Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of high-value program transactions within the client’s Program Services group. This position drives accuracy, communication, and operational alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders. Success in this role is defined by precision in financial workflows, proactive issue resolution, and consistent delivery of high-quality client support in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate daily workflow operations, documentation, and amendments for program clients.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of high-dollar wire transactions and related reporting.
• Serve as liaison between internal departments and external partners to maintain process alignment.
• Assist in identifying and implementing workflow efficiencies and procedural improvements.
• Provide professional, client-facing communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Support special projects and contribute to operational best practices across teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in banking, title, or process-driven operational environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated comfort handling large financial transactions with absolute accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with C-suite clients.
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Document management and workflow tracking systems
• CRM or project management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Wire transfer or financial transaction portals
• Internal compliance and process documentation tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting program operations, financial transaction processing, or workflow coordination.
• Proven initiative and ability to problem-solve in ambiguous environments.
• Strong interpersonal presence with a positive, client-focused attitude.
