Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? AutoBidMaster is looking for a Vehicle Title Clerk to join our Documentation team! In this role, you'll handle vehicle titles and paperwork with precision, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on time.

You'll work closely with auction support teams, and logistics to manage title inquiries and provide top-tier support. A strong understanding of state-specific vehicle registration and title laws is a plus, but we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Receive and process incoming titles daily using scanning tools, mailing all eligible documents to members accurately and on schedule.
• Process and resolve all title-related issues, including DMV rejections at both customer and state levels.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Adhere to all state and internal documentation procedures.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and perform additional duties as needed to support department goals.
• Work closely with peers and leadership to meet team performance goals.
• Cross-train with other clerks to ensure coverage and continuity.
• Contribute to a values-based, service-focused culture built on accountability and teamwork.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable attendance.
• Ability to use MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Automotive experience preferred
• Prior Titling experience is a plus, but not required for the role
