We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

Position Overview:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of office management experience in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
  • Develop and manage employee work schedules.
  • Conduct staff training and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
  • Monitor and track staff performance, providing feedback as needed.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality care.
  • Coordinate with office vendors and service providers.
  • Order and manage inventory of medical supplies and office materials.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.

Performance and Patient Experience:

  • Implement and track performance metrics to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing concerns and improving processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and support.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with billing, coding, and insurance processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
  • Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of office management experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing schedules, staff, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience implementing and tracking performance metrics.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Family Medicine or Weight Loss clinics.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
